What You'll Do
Support the end-to-end recruitment process: Assist in preparation of JD, sourcing profiles through various job portals, screen candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and provide support in payroll processing.
Assist in implementing policies, ensure employees understand the policy and comply with them.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives such as organising events, activities, team-building programs, and celebrations.
Assist in onboarding & induction of new employees.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development activities.
Coordinate with management and employees for smooth HR operations and compliance.
Contribute to general administrative matters in collaboration with the HR team.
Generate HR related reports as and when required (i.e. MIS)
What You'll Learn / Gain

Education & Eligibility
Qualification:
BBA / MBA / PGDHR / PGDM in Human Resources.
Experience:
Freshers can apply; 0–2.5-year experience in HR preferred.
