Required 10 Hr Recruiter - Intern for JK Foresight.
Candidates must have Laptop (Or) Desktop.
Freshers are most welcome for Internships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Smart and good Academic scores are required.
Must have Social Media and Job Portal knowledge.
Good communication in English and the local language are must-Tamil.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Screen and conduct the first round of telephonic interviews for the candidate.
Inductions and Joining formalities, well as generalist activities in Hr is a must.
Should be an Aptitude in problem-solving, and easy-going natured personnel.
Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach.
Easy-going aptitudes, work under pressure targets oriented.
Should be capable of doing Multi-tasking if required.
Ready to have tie-ups with “B- Schools and Management College.
Only immediate joiners and interested candidates may apply.
