Accountable for end-to-end execution of recruitment and selection at Nova Benefits. This is inclusive but not limited to sourcing, candidate screening, partnering with hiring managers and recruitment agencies, scheduling interviews, collating feedback.
Partnering with internal and external stakeholders such as hiring managers, recruiting agencies to meet hiring needs
Background and experience
Graduate or postgraduate in any field
Bonus: Experience in HR at a startup or high-growth company
