• Handling end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
• Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience with timely communication and updates.
• Coordinating effectively between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Planning and executing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Addressing employee queries and basic HR concerns promptly.
• Supporting ongoing HR projects and contributing to process improvements.
