Job Description
HR internship. Stipend – 10K Per month, Duration – 3 months (can extend)
Working Location – Belapur
• Checking Status (Online /Offline) of Device via Bio Server
• Sharing Daily location wise report of Bio server (Online /Offline)
• Following up with Location HR in case device Offline
• Coordinating with Vendor (Enggineer) in case of device offline
• Sharing the server access with engineer as when required in case of Device issue
• Check in case any new Device is required by any region in case of Damage
• Liaising with vendor in case of engineer branch visit
• Arranging Monthly call with Vendor (Smart Info Team)
• Initiating smart info invoice payment via Finance post necessary approvals
• Marking escalation in case issue is not resolved in stipulated time
• Tracking New Device till it reaches particular Branch/Region
