Job Description
The objective of the position is to offer valuable understanding and experience in the field of Human Resources and provides an opportunity to develop skills in documentation management, record keeping, and HR operations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist in organizing and updating forms including but not limited to formal letters and documents
• Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner with keeping confidentiality as priority
• Retrieve documents as requested by HR team members or other departments
• Support the HR team in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement surveys
• Assist with all HR related projects and initiatives as assigned
• Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, and compliance requirements
Knowledge
• Education- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience Fresher or prior internship exposure
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus but not required
Skills
• Excellent communication (written & verbal)
• Proficient in MS Office Tools
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Attitude
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines

Salary: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
