Responsibilities: • Assist with sourcing candidates through online channels, social media, and networking platforms. • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open roles. • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers. • Update and maintain candidate records in our applicant tracking system. • Assist with recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed. • Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment processes and procedures. • Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge. Requirements: • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources or talent acquisition. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates virtually. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. • Comfortable working in a remote environment and using virtual collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, project management software). • Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking sy
