Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates who are ready to associate / work remotely to learn and get trained on the recruitment operations under the 3 months internship program at Samyojak Consultancy Services.
Responsibilities
• Sourcing applications for job vacancies.
• Screening of resumes and drafting Job Roles.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against job specifications.
• Coordinate with candidates for additional info/details as needed.
• Process candidate profiles, plan and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Create and publish job advertisements on job portals and social networks.
• Update internal databases with candidate details and employment forms.
• Coordinate with Clients / Employers for facilitating the recruitment.
• Collaboration with the team for completing recruitment projects.
• Create reports on the HR-related process when required.
• Assist in organizing career fairs and special events.
• Reporting daily, weekly and monthly activities.
Requirements
• Graduates in any field with keen interest in Human Resources.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and web based applications.
• Knowledge of social media services and online platforms for professional communities.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work remotely.
• Strong work ethics.
Location : Goa, Ratnagiri, Karwar and Belgavi.
