Job Overview

Bilivin Education seeks an HR Intern based in Kalyan. This internship position is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience. As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department with various tasks and projects, contributing to the company's growing success. This is an internship position with opportunities for learning and growth in a dynamic work environment.

Roles And Responsibilities
• Assist in the recruitment process through resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Support the HR team in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation in line with company and legal requirements.
• Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events
• Conducting initial interviews and assessing candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles
• Coordinating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and arranging interviews with shortlisted candidates
