About the Internship
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern who is eager to gain practical exposure in recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. This internship offers real-time industry experience and an opportunity to work closely with the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling)
Maintain employee database and HR documentation
Support onboarding and induction processes
Assist in attendance tracking and payroll coordination
Coordinate employee engagement activities
Support HR compliance and policy documentation
Who Can Apply?
MBA (HR) / BBA / B.Com / Management students
Final year students or recent graduates preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Immediate joiners preferred
