Kinara Capital, a registered brand of Visage Holdings & Finance Private Limited, is an award-winning social enterprise based in Bangalore addressing the INR 1 trillion debt gap between microfinance and commercial capital by providing collateral-free loans in the range of Rs. 2,00,000/- to Rs. 20,00,000/- for asset finance and working capital to SMEs. Kinara has 60 offices in 6 states and current staff strength of 550+ people.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Works closely with the TM team and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity
2. Maintain HR reports and Dashboards, creation and presenting reports analysis
3. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
4. Providing HR guidance business when appropriate
5. Grievance redressal TAT, Zoho. Support in resolving complex employee relations
issues
6. Rewards and recognition, engagement activities as per the growing needs of an
organization
7. Employee Performance Reviews of Probation/PIP/Half yearly and Yearly reviews
8. Creating Wow employee experience, Retention of Potential Talent
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 27th Sep'23 and 1st Nov'23
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Bangalore
