Introduction
Led by Alumni from IIM-Ahmedabad and Ivy League universities (Yale & Columbia University) Pace Stock Broking is a premier boutique financial institution, founded in 1++5, providing a
wide range of services in financial markets. We are members of NSE, BSE, MCX & NCDEX
and are amongst the top 3 institutions in North India in terms of turnover on the exchanges.
Headquartered in New Delhi, we maintain more than 30 direct branches and sub-broker
offices at more than 300 locations (in more than 75 cities) across India.
We are now looking for a talented, young Technical Recruiter specifically to grow the
Fintech and Algorithmic trading business divisions.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Writing and posting technical job descriptions
• Streamline the HR processes and policies
• Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates
• Responsible for sourcing potential candidates on different job search platforms like Linkedin and Naukri
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
• Build influential candidate relationships during the selection process and on-board new hires
• Compose Job Offer Letters
• Handling of the company's LinkedIn page to connect with fresh talent and post job descriptions
• Keep up-to date with new technological trends and products
• Act as an Executive Assistant for the Head of the Algorithmic Trading Division
• Liaison with top universities to lead campus recruitment cycles
• Manage HR Operations
Requirements and Skills
The Ideal Candidate will have 0-4 years of Work Experience.
• Educational Qualifications: B. Tech and MBA (HR). Technical background is preferred for this role because of the highly crucial IT-related hiring for the Algo- trading Desk and Fintech platform.
• Highly organized and ability to prioritize the urgency
• Good knowledge of job portals and social media hiring
• Experience of having worked with a start-up is a plus
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
