HR Lead
In last one year, we have grown from a 10 people boutique to a 40 people strong team and done some really amazing work with clients across verticals. We are now embarking on a new growth journey where we are expanding our consulting business and also building an exciting tech product. The plan forward for us is to have a bigger and stronger team enthusiastically being part of the journey ahead.
We are looking for an HR Lead to be a key pillar in helping drive this phase of growth. We are looking for someone who could help us build a talented and driven team, help drive inspired culture, improve company processes, and streamline day-to-day operations. If you are a people's person, highly organised, enthusiastic, hardworking, most importantly you love everything HR with the ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure and have the ambition of building a team and also leading it then this might be the job for you.
Role
Lead the entire process of scouting great talent and driving the end to end recruitment process
Work together with hiring managers on organization hiring needs and bring in out of the box thinking and creativity with Job Descriptions, determining selection criteria, using various hiring platforms to hire potential candidates and having the conversation which reflects our ethos aloud
Planning and determining interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews in the most seamless way possible
Drive the entire employee onboarding and induction process
Identifying the learning needs of the team along with the leaders and executing the training & development initiatives
Own the talent marketing and employer branding process
Administer compensation and benefit plans and provide support to employees in processes such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Regularly interact with the team on formal and not so formal meetings (trust us our team is fun to be around with).
Lead the pan-organisation engagement by organising team building events, and consciously driving a culture of teamwork
Understanding the team's happiness quotient through interaction and various platforms that we use and executing strategies and plans to maintain the same
Promote a culture to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in the strategisation and implementation of human resource policies
Responsible for providing the leadership with analyzed data for various HR metrics, like time to hire, employee turnover rates, and attrition rate
Acting as an HR business partner to the tasks and leading the end to end around performance management process from setting goals to reviews
Ensure regulatory compliance, and health and safety policies are up to date

You have proven experience as an HR / Ops manager and have a bachelor degree or equivalent and two years of experience
