Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to attract and secure top-tier talent
- Provide guidance on HR issues and identify training needs to enhance
employee performance.
- Adhere to the Employee Code of Conduct, Data Protection, and
Information Security policies.
- Lead and setup all performance management, compensation, and recruitment
efforts.
- Convert business requirements into actionable HR solutions.
- Lead and Integrate and promote organisational values across all levels.
- Keep stakeholders updated on significant organisational changes.
To fit the bill, you must have:
- 15 yrs post MBA
- Strong expertise of leading HR with a team
- Led HR for a startup and worked with a large MNC
- Understanding organisational culture and hierarchy.
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations
