Skyway Canada is seeking an experienced HR Lead to join our growing team at our Toronto branch. As a key member of our leadership group, you will support and shape the people strategy for a high-performance team in one of Canada’s leading scaffold and access solutions companies.

What You'll Do:
Lead and support HR initiatives across our union and CLAC workforce
Provide guidance on compliance, talent management, employee relations, and performance development
Support recruitment and onboarding strategies in partnership with operations
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management
What You Bring:
5+ years of HR experience, ideally in construction or industrial services
Strong knowledge of labour legislation, union environments, and workforce planning
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the business
Location: Toronto, ON (on-site, with occasional travel to regional offices)
