The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of global business process improvements, ensuring an exceptional employee experience. This will involve partnering with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, artificial intelligence, and efficiency.
The role requires a deep understanding of Asia-Pacific employment laws and regulations, as well as experience in managing, driving, coaching, and engaging high-performing teams in multiple locations.
The successful candidate will also develop strong partnerships with stakeholders, including Business Leaders, People Business Partners, IT, Payroll, Finance, Recruiting, etc.
This is a key global leadership position on the People Operations team, and the successful candidate will play a critical role in driving global business process improvements and ensuring an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the creation, execution, and success of global process improvement projects.
• Develop and implement a roadmap for People Operations improvements that involves partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with leaders and People Business Partners on leading and driving employee separations, transfers, assignments, reorganizations, RIFs, M&A, and other complex employment actions.
• Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders, including Business Leaders, People Business Partners, IT, Payroll, Finance, Recruiting, etc.
• Support internal and external audit requests related to SOX controls.
