Job description

Primary role
• Online ESIC Registration of the New Joinee in the company
• Ensuring the ESIC covered employee to capture the photocapturing for Smart card, and collection of smartcard from ESIC office
• To verify and file all the monthly paid challans in the system
• Courier management for Challan and Cheque payment.
• To guide and ensure the proper document collection from Ex employee and authorization for the PF Withdrawal forms, and also submission to the PF office.
• To do the PF UAN activation and KYC updation in the PF portal
• To support to the superior in the documentation for any kind of transaction work regarding the Registration Certification and applicablity of the Acts
• To ensure the proper storage of all the original certifications
• MIS preparation
• Effective communication within the internal and external parties
