HR Manager
6 months fixed term contract
£55,000 pro-rated
Location: Hybrid London

What will you be doing:
Supporting the Chief People Officer in the design and implementation of a range of HR initiatives, practices and policies that will help drive the HR function and its reputation forward at HomeLink Healthcare.
Some of which will include:
Conducting regular reviews of all HR policies.
Monitoring and managing sickness absence and reporting.
Implement initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Initiate wellbeing initiatives promoting new trends within HomeLink HealthCare.
About You
You will be an experienced HR manager working collaboratively with Management teams across the organisation you work for. In particular you will have:
Sound knowledge of HR policies with experience of rewriting and creating new policies.
Experience of working with Managers to implement and advise on policy content, producing reports and meaningful data on all HR matters
Advising managers on performance management within teams
Ability to provide direction and support on ER processes
Sound knowledge and understanding of HR Information Systems
Awareness of initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Experience in promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
Additional requirements:
Commutable distance to London as this role will be office based at least 2 x per week.
The right to work in the UK without any form of sponsorship.
