Job Description
You will be responsible for administering the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records about the employees of the organization. This includes identifying, understanding, and implementing legal requirements and regulations pertaining to human resource functions. You will ensure compliance with legal policies, procedures, and reporting, while observing and analyzing legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to keep up with industrial trends.
Additionally, you will administer benefits programs such as life, health, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance. As a Safety Manager, you will coordinate safety committee meetings and liaise with the labor union as necessary. You will also be tasked with preparing the budget for human resources operations and conducting exit interviews to understand the reasons behind separations.
Furthermore, you will provide reports and recommendations to reduce absenteeism and employee turnover. You will represent the organization at human resources-related hearings and investigations, and coordinate with the human resources team to oversee the operational activities of human resources coordinators.
This role is a full-time, permanent position ideal for a fresher. The benefits include cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The working schedule is during the day with weekend availability. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this position, along with proficiency in Hindi. The work location is in Una, Himachal Pradesh.
