Job Description
HR officer will be mainly responsible for smooth running of day to day HR Compliance activity & Admin operations at corporate office and ensuring employee engagement related activities. The job Responsibility will include:
• To handle Statutory HR Labour Compliance (also encompassing the Contract Labour Compliance aspects)
• HR Compliance process automation in line with company requirements
• Responsible for Labour Law compliance at PAN India offices.
• Liasoining with labour authorities, regulatory bodies for licences /renewa1 under various labour laws. Personnel, Industrial Relations & welfare activities in the company.
• Disciplinary action & Drafting the letters, Handling IR related work like issuing waming letters, Show cause, Charge sheets and employee grievances.
• Statutory compliances under Contract Labour & S&E Act and maintaining statutory registers under various applicable labour laws.
• Updation and Implementation of latest amendment under Labour Lan’.
• Ensuring 100% compliance also conducting quarterly surprise Audits.
Responsible for Payroll compliance like PF, ESIC, Prof.Tax., MLWF remittance & also yearly, half yearly returns.
• Handling Government Inspection and reply to the Notices, Negotiation with Govt. Authority for Licensing & Inspection etc
• ensure that fix pay out is as per state MW requirement, initiate Compliance requirements (PF/ESIC, etc.), help Regional HR with data and documents to proceed with S and E and MTW
• To register Employees under PF, UAN generation, UAN Activation, KYC Updation, Taking care of ABRY scheme
• Taking Sub code of ESIC sub code with help of Vendor
• Reviewing Resume & Applications, Conducting recruitment interview and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
• Taking care of Gratuity Calculation, Gratuity Payments and Gratuity forms preparatiori and submission to concem labour department
• Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.
• Reviewing Appointment Letters draft, Offer Letters, Personal File and ensure maintaining all file documents as per check list.
• Reviewing & Maintaining leave record on monthly basis for all locations.
• Other administrative work assigned.
• Preparation and circulating various HR Reports i.e. Weekly, Monthly, Half yearly and Annual HR Report.
• Annual HR Budgeting
• Training & Development activities quarterly.
• Any other work assigned by management time to time.
