The candidate should be well experiences in each attributes
In-depth Experience of hiring in fashion/garment industry ,digital Marketers, Bpo executives & knowledge of labor law
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive. People oriented and results driven. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Key responsibilities
• Selection & Recruiting process
• Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
• Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department.
• When a particular candidate is finalized and selected, give them offer letter or letter of intent On joining the services, give appointment letter with brief working agreement or policies.
• HR strategies, Policies , Compliance & Culture maintenance
1)Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with it.
2)Design compensation structure and benefit packages for Employees/Interns.
3)Create Strategies and develop culture of inclusion & diversity in the organization.
4)Analyses trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
5)Nurture a positive working environment.
6)Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain & optimizing Payroll
1) Maintain & optimizing payroll for all employees consisting of white collar employees as well as blue collar worker
2)In-depth knowledge of labour law & labour payroll
