· Title – HR - Manager (Only Male Candidates)
· Relocation - Ready to relocate to Vadodara (Gujarat)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS REQUIRED
• Implementing best practices across all levels of the organization and securing compliance, material management, etc
• Establishing and monitoring employee schedules
• Maintaining constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
• Resolving grievances/disputes between departments about resources
• Coordination with Morning Shift Manager especially on DS off - Regular utilities of the office, keeping data of office inventory and early logins on event days and as per business requirements
• Submitting petty cash expenses (NS) between the 28-30th of every month
• Managing Hiring and Training needs are fulfilled /Update Candidate recruitment Doc/ place adverts on Indeed etc job portals
• The HR Manager must ensure that new employees receive proper onboarding and orientation to familiarize them with the company culture, policies, and procedures.
• Leave tracker to be updated at regular intervals and making sure colleagues should not take leaves beyond the allocated leave balance
• Getting contracts ready for new candidates on the day of joining
• Organizing events/socials on monthly basis to increase staff motivation and engagement
• Resolving inventory management concerns
• Making sure special events like Collegues’s Birthday should remain on time and within budget
• KPIs to be updated for the team members
• If something unusual or fishy please bring it to your management's attention.
• Update indeed with the job openings, interview candidates, and keep them engaged in the recruitment process
• Observing team members occupied in work/no use of mobiles
• Basic code of conduct and company policies are adhered to by the colleagues
• Taking responsibility of Cross department coordination in the most collaborative manner
• Making sure the salary of the NS office assistant is paid by the 8th of every month
• Work in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, short listing the candidates, scheduling/ conducting interviews and finalizing salaries.
