• Administer payroll and benefits
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
• Develop and implement employee training programs
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement staffing strategies
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees
• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
Requirements:
- 3 years or more of experience in HR management
- Strong understanding of payroll and benefits administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
