Role:
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Requirements:
●Managing and processing payroll for employees and maintaining attendance records
●Developing Policies for the company for every department.
●Developing and implementing training programs for employees
●Handling employee inquiries and concerns
●Maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with regulations
●Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes as needed.Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations
Skills required:
●Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
●Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in human resources in the IT industry.
●Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
●Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
●Protecting the interests of all employees.
●Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
