We are looking for a Manager - Human Resources, to help implement and oversee all aspects of HR systems, policies and practices across the company.
Company Location- Mota Varachha (Surat)
Note: Training will be provided for the same.
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Roles and Duties:
1.Assisting with the planning preparation, and presentation for lead closures.
2.End to end employee lifecycle management, from entry to exit
3.Provide mentorship and constructive feedback
4.On-boarding, Performance and Talent Management, Learning and Development
Candidate skill required:
1.Problem solving and Flexiblity
2.Should have good Communication Skills, Presentable Behaviour
3.MBA/BBA/BCOM or Diploma holder are prefferable
