Description
Job Objective: Ideal candidate must have experience of Sugar mill, Handling entire employee lifecycle right from acquiring till separation. Moreover, evaluate performances, manage salaries and wages, provide benefits, resolve disputes, and communicate with employees at every level.
Primary functions: -
Ensure implementation of right strategy in nurturing employees
Handling Permanant and seasonal employees of Sugar mill
Maintaining all employees on HCM Adrenalin and ERP
Maintain discipline in factory and work under guidance of CHRO
Ensure monthly performance ratings are furnished by all departments till 7th of every month
Ensure delivery of Employee queries and grievances with complete sensitivity and empathy.
Conducting Learning & Development initiatives in plant and monitor effectiveness of sessions
Smoothly fulfills the gaps in compliance and labour laws, mitigate the loopholes
Provide inputs for Internal audits and timely close the gaps
Knowledge and Skill: -
Professional acumen, having MBA(HR) with minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources
Familiarity with digital tools, HCM-Adrenalin, ERP, performance tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
