Responsibilities –
1. Managing the HR Operations.
2. Should be good in End to End Recruitment process
3. Should be good in Headhunting & cold calling
4. Ensure smooth entry & exit of employees
5. Employee Engagement Activities
6. Maintenance of employees personal record, attendance & leave register Policies & System implementation
7. Working closely with Business to ensure timely closures of exit formalities and paper work
. 8. To ensure discipline and punctuality in the staff, in regards to the working times, overtimes and leave.
+. Maintain the calculation of Monthly salary of all the staffs and process to the Accounts Department.
Desired Profile –
The candidate should have keen interest in HR Operations/Admin.Good oral and written communication and presentation skills.The candidate should be a self starter with ability to take initiative.Have the ability to multi-task.Proficiency in MS Office.. Organized, able to handle multiple tasks at one time, with attention to detail.Qualification: Any degree. Preferably an MBA/PGDBM in HR
