10 + Years of Experience - with 3 Years of Experience Managerial Role
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, Factory Act, and other statutory regulations.
Maintain harmonious industrial relations with shop floor workers and unions (if applicable).
Drive employee engagement initiatives and grievance redressal mechanisms.
Handle time office, attendance, payroll inputs, and shift management.
Support performance management systems including appraisals and feedback.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the factory setup.
Conduct training programs focused on skill development, safety, and compliance.
Work closely with production heads and department managers for manpower planning.
Manage contractor labor and coordinate with vendors for staffing and audits.
Key Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
7+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing/plant setup.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and union handling.
Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred:
Experience in ISO, EHS, and audit documentation.
Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
Experience handling multi-shift operations and contractor workforce.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
