Verification of Challans/ PF /ESIC /P.Tax and their respective filing.Coordinating with Service Providers to ensure Compliance is followed.Monitoring records & documents of Personnel File, Attendance Registers, Salary Sheets, Salary Slips, Leave with wages, Notices, Circulars & Minutes of Meeting.Preparing annual Calendar for Compliances and coordinating with the concerned team.
11. Exit Formalities
Conducting exit interviews .Trying to get constructive feedback for company and trying to implement the corrective measures for them.
12. ADMINISTRATIVE JOB – Supervision and upkeep of facility, Canteen, Transportation, Pest Control, housekeeping & IR related issues.
13. All official correspondence & coordination as required in day to day admin.
