Job Description
Job Purpose : The HR / Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining positive employee relations within the organization.
The role involves managing employee grievances and investigations, advising management on HR policies and procedures, and supporting employee development and training programs.
Key Responsibilities :
• Act as the main point of contact for employees with HR-related concerns, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, complaints, and investigations, ensuring that all issues are addressed fairly and appropriately.
• Provide advice and support to managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary action, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Support the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.
• Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other HR team members on projects and initiatives as needed.
