• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and background checks.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company culture.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts promptly and fairly.
• Implement engagement strategies that foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention efforts.
• Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure consistent evaluation and growth.
• Work with department heads to set goals and create employee development plans.
• Address under performance with constructive support and guidance for improvement.
• Administer payroll, bonuses, and benefits, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Evaluate and maintain competitive compensation policies that ensure internal equity.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary.
• Develop and enforce policies that promote a healthy, fair, and compliant work environment.
• Conduct periodic reviews of HR processes to ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Design and implement training programs to support employee growth and development.
• Identify skill gaps and collaborate with leaders to create targeted learning opportunities.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Support organizational growth through effective workforce planning and talent strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to create succession planning initiatives.
• Lead change initiatives to enhance productivity, culture, and overall organizational efficiency.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR).
• Experience in the finance industry.
• Proven track record in recruitment and employee engagement initiatives
