Responsibilities
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic HR administration to support the business and its expansive plans for growth
Collaborating with the corporate HR team, you will serve as a trusted, in-market advisor, addressing a wide range of business needs throughout human resources management (employee relations, recruiting, process improvement, benefits administration, legal compliance, etc.). The ideal candidate is someone with a proven track record of demonstrating strong leadership skills, along with advanced expertise in HR disciplines, competencies, and best practices
Manage Human Resources for multiple restaurant locations, with a projected employee count of +00 by year end
Support the business by developing and implementing onboarding, employee engagement, training and development, and retention strategies that foster a skilled workforce and a positive and motivational work environment, with enhanced employee satisfaction, productivity, and preservation
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, reviewing HR and Management policies, procedures, and practices and recommending updates to ensure continued compliance
Manage and provide information for annual audits for 401k census testing, 401k audit, Worker’s Compensation, and insurance audits
Work closely with leadership, corporate and third-party partners to develop, implement, and monitor the safety program, including injury and incident reporting policies and procedures, Workers' Compensation claims management, OSHA reporting compliance, and reporting of trends to identify needs or gaps and drive continuous improvement toward injury prevention efforts
Partner with operational leadership and third-party firms to support organizational growth within the recruitment process, ensuring an external pipeline and qualified candidate pool of talent is maintained while delivering a positive candidate experience
Conduct and oversee escalated employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and thorough and objective investigations when necessary
Oversee the day-to-day benefits administration, including new hire, annual enrollment, required notice delivery, ACA compliance, billing, and data records management

You Have
• 5+ years’ experience as an HR Manager or a similar senior HR role (bonus points if in the quick service restaurant [QSR] or general hospitality industry)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications (preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor law and HR best practices in Georgia
• A high level of confidentiality and discretion
• Strong service-oriented leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams
