The Position: HR Manager, India
Korn Ferry India is now looking to hire an HR Manager to be based in Gurugram, India. This individual would be responsible for full spectrum of HR functions across all the line of businesses (except RPO) for India offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities would span across:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Operations
Manage day to day HR operations like: HCM (i.e., PSCF), leave management, medical claims, and benefits administration (manual tracking), issuance of employment contracts and letters, work pass management, invoice processing, employees’ personal file management.
Engage on pre/on-boarding and exit logistics processes and prepare new hire kit, HR admin duties.
Provide information to Finance for payroll processing on a timely manner.
Ensure that all HR policies/ handbook are reviewed and updated on a continuous basis.
Business Partnering
Act as a Business Partner and communicate and recommend strategies to Business Country Leaders.
Coach and guide managers for employee issues.
Manage complex situations around Attrition/Exits/Terminations.
Talent Management
Coordinate Performance Appraisal, Reward and Recognition program for employees
Recommend strategies to attract, motivate and retain talent at all levels.
Compensation & Benefits
Review annual group insurance renewal.
Adding new employees to insurance and deleting them on their exit.
Other Responsibilities
Develop a strong partnership with the leadership team.
Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and in compliance with the Company’s policies. Maintain the workforce of an organization.
H/Se should also keep people motivated and encourage them to use their skills for the overall good of the organization.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 6-10 years of HR experience with a global organization at managerial level. Experience of working in a professional service organization is preferred.
Well-versed with India Employment Law.
Good leadership skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, quality-driven, and resourceful.
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision
Mature professional with good interpersonal skill who is able to work in a challenging environment with utmost confidentiality and trust
Ability to manage stakeholders at CXO level and quickly establish credibility and respect with senior executive stakeholders is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and well verse in Words & Excel
EDUCATION
An MBA with a specialization in human resources would be preferred.
