We are Looking for HR Manager for our Chalakkudy/ Thrissur Office
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources for our company, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in recruiting and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
