Department: Human Resource Department.
Qualification: Any M.B.A with HR Specialization must.
Specialization we are looking for Human Resource Management
Experience: Min 2 to 6 years experience required.
Candidate Profile:
Handling day-to-day HR Operations in the organizationMust be an active team member in the recruitment process.Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalitiesShould take care of employee Onboarding formalities and Exit formalitiesMaintaining and regularly updating the master database (personal file, personal database, etc.)Involve in Statutory Compliance, Payroll Management and PMS Ensure Statutory and compliances throughout human resource managementAssist the Payroll process by providing valid inputs and relevant data and documentation.Monthly attendance and leave records management Handle all the employee grievances and escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance.
Required Skills / Attributes: Master’s Degree in Human recourses mandatory
Experience as Hr Executive or similar roles from Education sectors are preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive, go-getter attitude Ability to deal with people politely & Willingness to learn.
Sound knowledge in all HR functions is essential.
Min 2 to 6 years experience required.
Job Location: Vijayawada
Education : MBA with HR specialization & must have Computer knowledge.
