We are looking for an Enthusiastic HR Manager/Executive, at Evitamin Business Consulting Pvt. Ltd. We look for individuals who are constantly striving for excellence in both their personal and professional lives.
We are located at Indore, the cleanest city in India.
What you will do: -
The candidate should be able to prepare HR policies and procedures in consultation with the management related to HR activities.Understanding of end-to-end recruitment process & Improvement in recruitment and selection process.Preparation of salary structure for all employees each month.Draft situation-based mails to the employees and lettersPrepare the job profiles and job descriptions for different vacancies.Understanding of Statutory compliances like ESIC, PF, etc.Maintenance of employees’ personal files, Records, and Databases.Assess and Identify training needs to design and conduct training programs.Responsible for developing and maintaining various processes facilitating employee engagement, motivation, communication, and counseling & should have good knowledge to plan employee engagement activities.
What we need: -
Master’s degree in human resources, or related field.Relevant experience working in human resources.Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software.Well-versed with hiring portals like Naukri, Indeed, and other Social Media Platforms like Linkedin, Instagram & Facebook, etc.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Friendly and professional demeanor.Good organizational skills.Empathy and an approachable demeanor.Attentiveness and honesty.
