Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on platforms like Internshala, LinkedIn, and others.
• Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate databases.
• Develop onboarding plans and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain HR records, assist in payroll management, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Support the leadership team in creating HR strategies and processes for organizational growth.
