A human resource (HR) is a skilled and qualified HR expert whose role is pivotal to any organization with a workforce. They are responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including, orientation to new staff members, and managing payroll.
To ensure success, an HR should display excellent organizational skills, good time-management skills, and the ability work in a fast-paced environment. A top HR officer should possess remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills to ensure employee compliance.
HR Responsibilities :
Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
Requirements :
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in MARKETING & HR or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR or as Aadmission Counselor.
Proven work experience as Admission Counselor, Academic Advisor, Academic Coach or a similar position in the Education department
Knowledge of the education policies, regulations, and requirements
Familiarity with various courses, programs, and educational resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual
Willingness to travel to different locations within District
Ability to work for flexible hours
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
