Job Description
1. Handling recruitment activities.
2. Handle Statutory Compliances such as ISO +001, GOTS , BSCI, and CEDEX .
3. Conduct & schedule the training and record them properly.
4. Complete the joining process of new joiners.
5. Comfortable to Handle PF & ESIC Related works
6. Maintaining, Attendance records as well as leave records of employees
Qualification: - MBA or any degree in HR, Minimum 5 years of experience in Human resources in a reputed company (Candidate must belong from South Kolkata, Behala, or nearby Maheshtala Location). Also, Candidates needs to join on an urgent basis
