Job Description
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures: As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and implementing human resources policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Recruitment and talent acquisition: You will be actively involved in the recruitment and selection process, working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and conduct interviews. You will also be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent, both internally and externally, and ensuring a smooth on boarding process for new employees.
Employee relations: As an HR Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for employee relations issues. You will handle employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies. You will also foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
Performance management: You will implement performance management systems to ensure that employees are effectively evaluated, provided with feedback, and given opportunities for growth and development. This includes conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and identifying training and development needs.
Compensation and benefits: You will be responsible for preparing and managing the organization's compensation and benefits programs. This involves preparing salary sheets of all group companies and executing all statutory work in relation to salary management.
Training and development: You will identify training needs within the organization and design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. This may include conducting workshops, seminars, and online training sessions on topics such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance.
HR administration and recordkeeping: You will ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions. You will also handle HR-related administrative tasks, such as payroll processing, maintaining HR databases, and preparing HR reports for management.
