Human resources managers plan, direct, and coordinate the HR functions of our organization. He should oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff and serve as a link between and the management and employees. Human resources managers are also in charge of creating and implementing personal development plans and training programmes designed to enhance the skills of our human resources. He is responsible for establishing monitoring and evaluation of various reports for measuring employee performance and satisfaction. HR Manager is responsible for encouraging the implementation of good HR practices and for supporting change management processes and initiatives designed to enable business growth and respond to key trends. HR Manager is a key figure for our company’s employees and its management.
Responsibilities
Plan and manage recruitment and selection of staffPlan and conduct new employee induction and orientationIdentify and manage training and development needs for employeesDevelop and implement human resources policies and proceduresPreparation of organization manual and employee handbookReview and update employee rules and regulationsAdminister HR policies and procedures and ensure those are in line with the company’s visionAdminister compensation and benefits schemesSupport annual salary reviewImplement and monitor performance management systemHandle employee complaints, grievances and disputesAdminister employee discipline processesConduct exit interviewsMaintain the human resource information system and employee databaseCoordinate employee safety, welfare and wellnessMaintain and upkeep legal documents and employee records.
