Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
Assist in implementing and managing PMS (Performance Management System)
Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries.
Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations (e. g., income tax, social security, labor laws).
Address employee queries related to payroll and resolve issues efficiently.
Coordinate with finance for smooth payroll execution.
Review and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws regarding compensation.
Guide management on employee compensation matters, including salary reviews and adjustments.
Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
Oversee employee records management, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
Drive HR initiatives to improve employee experience and engagement.
Handle employee grievances related to payroll and compensation, ensuring timely resolution.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are in line with legal requirements and best practices.
Advise on labor law compliance and internal policies.
Generate and maintain reports on payroll, compensation trends, and HR metrics.
Provide insights on compensation structures, benefits programs, and HR operations improvements.
Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy in payroll and compensation.
Requirements:
Proven experience (3+ years) as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role with expertise in Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, and HR Operations.
In-depth knowledge of HR systems and practices, including payroll management, labor laws, and compensation structuring.
Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or HR software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
