Job Description
2. Responsible for the Compliance and Payroll Management system in the organization
3. Induction/ orientation training of new employees and completing Employee Personal File (in Hard Copy) with all mandatory and statutory forms, etc. and maintaining employee data in soft copy in Software or Database.
4. Review of attendance & absenteeism on monthly basis and keep a track record of Employees Attendance for analysing and rewarding.
5. Conducting training as per training Calendar.
6. conducting and review of Monthly Committee meeting and POSH Meetings.
7. Design Policy and design templates and formats.
8. Employees grievance handling.
+. Performance management, setting KRA's with HOD's and complete appraisal process
10. Update and maintain HRMIS reports.
11. Responsible for payroll administration and exit formalities
12. Responsible for Employee Lifecycle.
13. Candidates from manufacturing companies will be preferred

Salary: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
