Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process. Proactively build a pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future openings.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee the smooth onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations, completing necessary paperwork, and coordinating training. Manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, ensuring proper documentation, and assisting with the transition.
Employee Retention and Engagement: Implement initiatives to promote employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention. Actively listen to employee feedback, address concerns, and foster a positive work culture. Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee morale and motivation.
Performance Tracking and Management: Establish and maintain a comprehensive performance management system. Monitor employee performance, conduct regular evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for development and growth. Assist managers in creating performance improvement plans when necessary.
Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Act as a trusted advisor and mediator, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting positive employee relations. Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Compensation and Benefits Administration: Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. Administer employee benefits programs and employee assistance programs.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Support career development initiatives and assist in creating individual development plans.
HR Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards. Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and communicate updates to the organization. Formulate and refine HR policies and procedures.
Employee Communications: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep employees informed about company policies, updates, and changes. Utilize various channels such as emails, conference meetings.
HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze HR data, such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and engagement. Generate reports and provide insights to management for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Employee Wellness Programs: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and promote employee wellness programs, initiatives, and activities. Implement strategies to enhance work-life balance and employee well-being. If you are reading this carefully, please send me a whatsapp message.
HR Administration: Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, managing HR software systems, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or a similar role, preferably in the BPO or a KPO setting.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant HR tools.
