Also ensure to deposit the same before the due datesTo Fill up Income Tax, PF, ESIC returns before the due dates.Min 4 years of hands on experience into payroll, statutory compliance, Payroll processing, F n F calculations, good with excel, v look up, pivots, formulasBe the point of contact for employee queries on the tools and processes.Providing timely & accurate reports from the HR tools used internally.Design and maintain SOPs and adhere to the policies, processes and practices.Analysing data points to notice trends and actionable insights.Be the point of contact for insurance, benefitsWork closely with internal stakeholders on various people-centric inputsResearch, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talentWork closely with functional leaders to create hiring roadmapsCollaborate with the business by understanding market drivers, competitive landscape and alignment to business needsDrive process efficiencies, build control and strengthen supremacy around recruiting processesStrive to improve efficiencies around operational metrics that include time to hire, consistent quality and discretionary spendThink beyond the status quo, question how things might be different, and develop creative ideas for alternatives. Qualifications and skills:
2–4 years of experience in HRFunctional knowledge of HR domainsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for detailsWell versed with Microsoft Office.To be able to deliver basis the needs of the stakeholderPrior experience of having worked in a start-up or a fast-paced environmentHigh on Empathy and excellent interpersonal skillsA person who enjoys challenges and is passionate about getting things done and getting ideas into reality
