Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures: Create and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company guidelines. Communicate these policies to employees and provide guidance and support when needed.
Employee relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and labor unions (if applicable). Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts effectively and efficiently. Act as a mediator between employees and management to promote understanding and cooperation.
Industrial relations management: Stay up to date with labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and industry-specific regulations. Represent the organization during negotiations with labor unions or employee representatives. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement effective labor relations strategies.
Performance management: Design and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms. Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues and assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
Recruitment and talent acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization attracts and retains qualified candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions. Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations.
Training and development: Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate or deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge. Develop career development plans in collaboration with employees and managers to support talent retention and growth.
Compensation and benefits management: Manage the organization's compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and employee benefits. Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
HR analytics and reporting: Compile and analyze HR data, metrics, and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to management. Prepare regular HR reports on key metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and employee engagement.
Compliance and legal requirements: Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and reporting requirements. Monitor changes in legislation and proactively update HR policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Salary: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
