We are looking for an HR manager cum Operation Executive to lead our team. You will take ownership of all HR, Administration & Operations matters across the company from recruitment to performance monitor &reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role, you should have Knowledgein HR, Administration & Business Operations, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.

HR Responsibilities:

1. Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.

2. Consistently recruiting excellent staff.

3. Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.

4. Training, counselling, and coaching our staff.

5. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.

6. Carrying out necessary administrative duties.

7. Conducting performance and wage reviews.

8. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.

+. Creating clear and concise reports.

10. Giving helpful and engaging presentations.

11. Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.

12. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.

13. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.

14. Leading a team of junior human resource managers.

15. Arrange seminars, workshops, additional HR training, and conferences based on each department’s needs.

16. Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions according to HR objectives.

17. Use HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and conduct absences administration

18. Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.

1+. Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.

20. Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters.

21. Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.

22. Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.

23. Perform orientations and update records of staff.

Operation Executive Responsibilities:

1. Individuals working as an Operations Executive need to communicate with the higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently.

2. You also need to assist in developing long term plans to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set.

3. They are also burdened with managing the company's commercial operations and various expenses and budget.

4. An Operation Executive also keeps a check on the performance of the operations.

5. They also monitor the Employees Performance.

6. One of the most important tasks is to provide them with a work environment which is favourable for high work productivity.

7. they should also monitor every performance metrics and they should receive and respond to approvals and notifications on a regular basis.

8. Handling office Daily tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings.

+. Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.

10. Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.

11. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mails.

Required Skills:

1. Associate’s Degree in a related field.

2. Prior administrative experience.

3. Excellent computer skills, especially typing.

4. Attention to detail.

5. Multilingual may be preferred or required.

6. Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.

7. Experience in human resources or related field.

8. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.

+. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

10. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

11. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

12. In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
