Job Description
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Design and manage a structured onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
2. Culture & Engagement
• Design and execute employee engagement programs, celebrations, and recognition initiatives.
• Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and surveys to gauge engagement levels.
• Promote company values and culture through creative internal communication and events.
• Foster a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated.
3. Performance & Growth
• Support goal-setting, performance reviews, and appraisal cycles.
• Identify learning and development needs and coordinate relevant training or workshops.
• Develop growth frameworks and career development programs for key talent.
4. HR Operations & Policies
• Maintain accurate HR records, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance.
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
• Address employee grievances with fairness, empathy, and confidentiality.
5. Leadership Partnering
• Collaborate with leadership to shape people strategies aligned with business goals.
• Support change management and help teams adapt during organizational shifts.
• Act as a cultural advisor and employee advocate to management.
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong empathy and emotional intelligence.
• In-depth knowledge of modern HR practices, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Creative mindset to design effective people programs.
• Highly organized, process-oriented, and hands-on with execution.
• Proficiency in HR tools (HRMS, Excel, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive matters with maturity.
Experience Required
• 4–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Experience in handling the complete HR function independently or setting up HR systems, policies, and processes from scratch.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment, HR operations, engagement, and performance management end-to-end.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
