Full Job Description
1. Independently responsible for overall Recruitment, including preparing Job Descriptions,
analyzing job requirements and finalizing candidates. Design and implementation of sourcing
strategy.
2. Ensuring optimum utilization of human resources i.e. Manpower Planning and deployment.
3. Preferably an exposure in an ERP or on-line HR Processes.
4. Handling Salary Negotiations and Compensation Administration, making of Offer Letters and Appointment Letters.
5. Perform reference checks on potential employees.
6. Monthly scheduling the Induction process for new employees, organizing training programs for employees, joining formalities of new employees.
7. Support Performance Appraisals & Training Need Identification.
8. Ensuring adherence to policies & procedures.
+. Handle Confirmations, Promotions & Separations.
10. Support Employee Engagement initiatives.
11. Maintenance of Office Equipments, AMCs, etc.
12. Liasioning with Govt. and Non-Government Organizations.
13. Employee Attendance & Discipline Records.
14. Facility Management, General Administration, Travel Desk, Security Management, Canteen Management, Housekeeping of Factory and Office.
15. ISO activities.
16. Handle all Statutory Compliances.
17. Updation and Implementation of HR Manual.
18. Wage & Salary Administration.
