Culture & Employee Experience
Champion the company's mission, values, and vision in daily HR practices.
Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, recognition, and satisfaction.
Facilitate team-building activities and programs that reinforce a strong company culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee core HR functions such as employee records, policy updates, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Handle employee relations with discretion and fairness.
Performance & Development
Support managers in implementing performance management processes (reviews, feedback, development plans).
Help design and roll out learning and development programs to upskill employees.
Identify leadership development opportunities to support internal promotion and succession planning.
Strategic HR Initiatives
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Proactively identify HR-related issues and propose scalable solutions.
Contribute to change management and organizational design as the company evolves.
The ideal candidate should have an MBA/PGDM in HR or related field, 5–8 years of experience in HR, and at least 2+ years in a managerial role. They should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
